The Rajasthan state’s district cooperative unions that produce milk and the Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation have modified their recruitment policies. It now has numerous new provisions. The new regulations stipulate that half of the deputy manager plant positions must be filled through direct hiring and the other half must be filled through promotions.
The Rajasthan Co-operative Society Rules 2003, Rule 39, grants the Co-operative Registrar, Manju Rajpal, the authority to change the recruitment rules. These regulations will take effect after some time.
Rajasthan Dairy Federation: New Rules For Various Positions
50% of the positions for the deputy manager plant will be filled through direct hiring and 50% through promotions. Seven years of experience is required for this. In addition, 50% of the deputy manager administration positions will be filled by direct hiring and 50% through advancement. There should be at least seven years of experience in this as well.
Half of the positions for the position of Deputy Manager of Finance will be filled through direct recruitment, with the remaining positions being filled through promotions. Seven years of accounting service experience are required for this position.
Deputy Manager Marketing positions may be filled in half the cases by direct hiring and half the cases through promotion. For this position, you must have seven years of marketing and management experience.
Additionally, 50% of the Deputy Manager QC positions will be filled by direct hiring and 50% through promotions. Seven years of experience and a PG in Dairy Science are required for this.
A plan has been put in place to fill 50% of the Deputy Project Manager positions by direct hiring and 50% through advancement. An engineering degree and seven years of experience are required for this.
