The Mizoram Board of Secondary Education (MBSE) has announced the class 12 or HSSLC results 2024 today, May 21 at noon. Candidates who have appeared for the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate exams this year can check and download their results on the official websites at mbse.edu.in and mbseonline.com by entering their registration number.
A total of 11,824 candidates took the exam of which 9227 passed taking the overall pass percentage is 78.04%. Boys have done slightly better than girls as 78.32% of boys and 77.79% of girls have passed. In 2023, the pass percentage among boys was 79.89% and among girls, it was 77.69%. The pass percentage among arts students is 79.71%, science 72.69% and commerce 79.60%.

Mizoram Board HSSLC Result 2024: Passing Marks
Students need to secure 33 per cent in each subject to be declared pass in Mizoram 12th results 2024. MBSE offers grace marks to candidates who need a minimum of two passing grades. “Students who fail in any one subject will receive up to four marks in the supplementary exam, and if a student fails in any one subject, they will receive up to twelve grace marks,” MBSE has said.
The MBSE Class 12 test was held from February 28 to March 28 between 10 AM and 1 PM. Entry to the test venue began half an hour before the exam commenced. At 9:45 am, the question papers were handed, followed five minutes later by the answer sheet. On February 14, the Class 12 practical tests for geography, psychology, home science, and geology were administered.
