The Central Reserve Police Force has begun the registration for the CRPF Constable GD Recruitment 2024 today, January 16, 2024. Candidates interested in applying for Constable (General Duty) positions under the Sports Quota 2024 may visit the CRPF’s official website at recruitment.crpf.gov.in. The CRPF aims to fill 169 positions as a result of this recruitment campaign. The application deadline is February 15, 2024.

How to Apply for CRPF Constable GD Recruitment 2024?

Step 1 – Visit the CRPF’s official website at recruitment.crpf.gov.in.

Step 2 – On the home page, click the CRPF Constable GD Recruitment 2024 link.

Step 3 – A new page will open in which candidates must register.

Step 4 – Fill out the application form after you’ve registered.

Step 5 – Make the application fee payment.

Step 6 – Submit the page by clicking the submit button.

Step 7 – Make a hard copy for future reference.

Candidates are urged to fill out the application form after carefully reading the guidelines. The application can only be filed online. CRPF will not permit any offline applications. The candidature of the individual who applied offline would be dismissed.

The application cost is Rs 100 for candidates from the UR, OBC, and EWS categories applying for the post of Constable (GD) under the sports quota. Female candidates and applicants from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are free from paying the application fee.

Candidates must have matriculation or an equivalent certificate from a recognised board to apply for the positions. The applicant’s age should be between 18 and 23 years old. The official notification states, “The posts have all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidates shall be governed by the CRPF Act 1949 and CRPF Rules 1955.” The recruitment is limited to meritorious athletes who are either medalists/position holders or participants.

Furthermore, the notice mentioned, “The candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions and should be in possession of all certificates on the date of recruitment. Candidates not in possession of education/ sports certificates on the date of recruitment shall not be eligible for recruitment.”

Moving on, to select the candidates, online admit cards will be provided to candidates whose online applications are found for them to participate in the process. The selection process includes Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Detailed Medical Examination.
