Aamir Khan Matches His Mehendi With Daughter Ira Khan's Tattoo, Kisses Her In Unseen Photos; See Here

Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s daughter Ira Khan got married to her boyfriend Nupur Shikhare on Wednesday, January 10. After a registration ceremony in Mumbai on January 3, the couple held a ‘white wedding’ in Udaipur on Wednesday. Aamir is hosting a grand reception for his Bollywood colleagues and friends at the BKC Jio Centre. Ira Khan, the daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, is the founder and CEO of Agatsu Foundation, an organisation dedicated to mental health support. Meanwhile, Nupur Shikhare is a recognised fitness coach, consultant, and athlete. They met when Nupur had come to train Aamir for a shoot.

Ira has now taken to Instagram to share a carousel of photos only with her father, Aamir Khan. In the first two photos, Aamir Khan proudly shows off the mehendi on his hand — a sun, a star, and a moon — mirroring what his daughter Ira has on her wrist. In the third photo, Aamir affectionately kisses Ira on the cheeks. In the caption, she wrote, “Thank god I hadn’t gotten the turtles yet!! We’re such cuties.”

Last week, taking to her Instagram stories, the star kid had shared a couple of pictures of the guests having fun at her wedding. In one of the pictures, her mom, Reena Dutta, was flaunting her maroon-coloured ‘Team Bride’ tee, while in the other, Ira’s mother-in-law Pritam Shikhare was seen holding up a green jersey. The activities included walking the Burma Bridge and hanging on the ropes. However, what caught attention was Aamir caught in the middle of trying to climb a rope!

Ira Khan also shared the teaser of her wedding video on social media on Thursday and wrote, “This is only a teaser but neither Ethereal nor us could wait. We wanted to celebrate in the mountains, with the people we love. And we did. It was stunning when we were there but we didn’t realise we were getting married in Rivendell (Nupur Shikhare now we have to watch the third Lord of the Rings) It is difficult to put all the love and feelings of that day into words. Thankfully, we have this video instead.”
