Since making his debut in NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day two years back in February, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar LA Knight has so far had a sensational outing. LA Knight recently headlined at the Crown Jewel against Roman Reigns. Despite enjoying a prolific run, LA Knight’s career has not been devoid of controversies. In a shocking turn of events, the 41-year-old American professional wrestler has now been accused of behaving badly backstage. Legendary WWE wrestler Booker T recently claimed that he has heard LA Knight has a “bad attitude” backstage in WWE. At the same time, Booker T stated that it is fine as long as the boss is content with LA Knight.
“I’ve heard guys say, ‘LA Knight he’s got a bad attitude. I don’t know about this guy, he’s got a bad attitude. My thing is this, I’ve never really cared about getting heat with the boys as long as the boss liked everything that was going on. If the boss liked it, I was cool.” Despite what the two-time WWE Hall Of Famer has heard regarding Knight’s attitude, his personal experience tells him Knight isn’t a bad person, with Booker claiming he is able to smell a rat. However, regardless of what is happening backstage, Knight appears to be winning management over, which has led him to the current spot he finds himself in on the card,” Booker T said on his Hall Of Fame Podcast.

LA Knight had a great chance to defeat the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at this year’s Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. The main event of the pay-per-view was simply enthralling but LA Knight failed to clinch the Universal Championship. The fight was spectacular and it also featured Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso’s involvement.
LA Knight received plenty of support from the crowd but it was certainly not enough to seal a win. LA Knight had almost clinched a win having applied his finisher. But Jimmy Uso’s timely intervention prevented him from winning the title. Having entered the field of wrestling at the age of 20, LA Knight signed for NXT in 2013. He was introduced to WWE fans as Max Dupri last year. He re-christened himself as LA Knight months later in 2022.
