In a startling turn of events, a wedding reception in Lucknow’s Aminabad, Uttar Pradesh, turned chaotic as an intense brawl erupted between the groom and bride’s sides. The exact trigger and initiators remain unclear, but reports suggest the clash happened during the DJ dance. A video circulating on social media captures both parties throwing and beating each other with plastic chairs. Unfortunately, the video also features women attempting to intervene, but in the process they suffered injuries. The altercation took place at Buddha Lal Badlu Prasad Dharmshala, near Gunge Nawab Park, falling under the jurisdiction of Aminabad Police Station. Although the police were called, no formal case has been filed as of yet, leaving the details behind this wedding day clash in suspense.

According to the Free Press Journal reports, the clash erupted on the night of Friday, February 9, as guests were having a good time while dancing to the DJ. The situation turned upside down when individuals began using chairs to hit one another. As a result, at least three wedding guests got head injuries. Reportedly, the initial conflict happened between a few members of both parties, but it intensified into a full blown brawl, which involved all the guests at the wedding reception. The viral video also captured women actively participating in the clash. The fight caused serious injuries to those directly involved but also to women who attempted to stop the chaotic situation.

After being informed about the brawl, the police quickly arrived at the scene to calm the situation. Both parties involved in the altercation were later taken to the police station for further inquiries. As of now, no complaint has been registered regarding the incident. However, the police have already started an investigation into the matter and will take appropriate action upon receiving complaints and further details related to the matter.

Among those who sustained serious injuries, the individuals were later identified as Akshara from Vazirganj, along with Mahak and Balwant Sonkar from Kaiserbagh. The authorities are determined to gather more information to understand the events that led up to the intense clash at the wedding reception.

Another incident just like the recent clash was reported in Lucknow as well, when a dance battle turned into chaos in a Barabanki village. The wedding guests, celebrating the marriage ceremony of two cousin sisters on the same day, got engaged in a violent brawl over the dance floor. The dispute escalated as the guests of the two parties clashed using rods, canes and even threw stones at each other. The dance battle that was supposed to add joy to the celebration took a dark turn, leaving several men with severe injuries. The police were called and they registered an FIR against several unknown members from both the parties.
