Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been spending quality time together in London following the birth of their second child. The former India captain travelled to London to celebrate his team’s feat with his wife and kids following India’s victory in the T20 World Cup 2024. While in London, a video of Virat and Anushka attending a kirtan at the ISKCON Temple is making the rounds on social media. But the same video was also shared on social media in June last year.
It was said that Virat departed for London immediately after taking part in the winning parade for Team India at Marine Drive on July 4, which was followed by a felicitation event at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
A video that has been making the rounds on social media has Virat and Anushka going to the temple to worship Lord Krishna. Virat opted for a more laid-back style with a loose t-shirt and khaki trousers, while Anushka donned a simple white suit.

India ended their 11-year wait for an ICC trophy as they defeated South Africa in the T20 World Cup final in Barbados, winning their second World Cup. Virat helped India reclaim the T20 World Cup by striking a brilliant 76 runs. He is now the only player to have won an ODI, T20 and U19 World Cup.
Following his game-winning innings of 76 runs off 59 balls in the T20 World Cup 2024 final, the India great declared his retirement from Twenty20 international cricket for India. “This was my last T20 World Cup, this is exactly what we wanted to achieve,” Virat Kohli said in a speech to the host broadcaster.
During the Wankhede felicitation event, he was invited to the stage. The star India batter gave appreciation to Jasprit Bumrah, India’s top speedster, for his constant ability to lead his team to victory in matches.
Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma’s upcoming film is Chakda Xpress — a biopic on cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The forthcoming sports drama will premiere on Netflix. The official date of release is yet to be announced. Her most recent appearance was in Zero with Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan.
