But in Mumbai, one woman took pet pampering to a whole new level after she recently bought a 35 gram gold chain worth Rs 2.5 lakh for her dog named Tiger, as per Hindustan Times. The story became a sensation after a local jeweller in Chembur shared a video of the pet owner shopping for the expensive necklace. In the footage, the woman arrives at the jewellery store with Tiger, who waits patiently as she picks the perfect chain. After making the purchase, she carefully places the chain around Tiger’s neck and the video ends with Indie dog happily wagging his tail, as he’s clearly thrilled with his new bling.

Sharing the video on Instagram the shop wrote, “Our patron Sarita decided to celebrate her beloved dog Tiger’s birthday in a special way. To mark the occasion, she went to Anil Jewellers and chose a stunning chain for her paw friend. The chain, delicately crafted and gleaming in the sunlight, was the perfect gift for the day. When she presented it to Tiger, his tail wagged with excitement as she gently clasped the chain around his neck." Since the video was shared online, it has gone viral and garnered over 87,000 views and counting.
