Hannah Neeleman, a well-known content creator, has gained recognition after being portrayed as a victim of misogyny. With 7.5 million TikTok, 9.1 million Instagram and 1.6 million YouTube followers, Neeleman has kept creating content for years under her well-known Ballerina Farm accounts. However, a former ballerina and beauty pageant queen has gained popularity for her “trad wife” content, in which she describes her farm and family life. This time, she’s making headlines because her husband, Daniel Neelman, gave her an egg apron for her birthday.
The incident was documented in a now-viral TikTok video. In the video, Daniel gives Hannah a brown shipping box still wrapped in cling wrap. “Here’s my birthday present from Daniel,” Hannah explains in the video, unwrapping the package.
“I’m hoping they’re tickets to Greece.”
Hannah teases her husband Daniel — the son of JetBlue founder and billionaire David Neeleman — about tickets while she keeps opening the present.
“Ooh, a hat I can wear in Greece,” exclaims Hannah as she opens the package and spots a piece of fabric. When she realises it’s an egg apron, she says, “Oh, my egg apron,” and puts it around her waist.
“Now you can gather eggs,” remarks Daniel. Hannah responds by twirling her apron. “You’re welcome,” Daniel responds with a firm tone.

The video, re-shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter), has amassed almost 5 million views. The comments section had a mixed reaction to the gift.
A user commented, “It isn’t even pretty like?????? If you’re going to give her such a bad gift, at least try to give something pretty?????”

Following an interview with The Times that provided insights into her family dynamics and “trad-wife” lifestyle, Hannah Neeleman has found herself in the public eye.
The social media influencer revealed that she doesn’t identify as a “trad-wife,” a term that became popular to describe social media personalities whose posts uphold the stereotypical roles of a wife, housewife and stay-at-home mom.
Sadly, Hannah has swapped in her ballerina slippers for, well, egg aprons. Hannah used to study ballet at Juilliard, has won many pageants, and her self-proclaimed life ambition was performing in New York City.
