Sargun Mehta and Gippy Grewal’s upcoming Punjabi film, Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri, has created a lot of buzz among their fans. On Wednesday, some of the well known personalities in the television and film industries gathered under one roof for a special screening of this awaited film. Shalin Bhanot also attended the event to support the team of Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri. The actor was seen in a happy mood as he danced his heart out at the entrance.
Shalin Bhanot went with comfortable casual attire for the screening night. He wore a white round neck T-shirt with loose-fitting blue trousers and sneakers. He was seen grooving on the dhol beats as he entered the venue and showing off some of his flawless bhangra moves. Later, he also posed for the paparazzi for a brief moment. Other stars who attended the screening were Jasmine Bhasin, Mannara Chopra, Ankit Gupta, and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Following the release of its trailer, the film garnered positive feedback. Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri is produced by the well-known pair Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta, and the film is set to hit theatres on March 15.
Meanwhile, Shalin Bhanot made his OTT debut with the series alongside Randeep Hooda, Amit Sial, and others in Inspector Avinash last year. The second season of this web series, directed by Neerraj Pathak is speculated to release soon. Shalin played the character of the cop, Baljeet Singh. Speaking about his character, Shalin told The Outlook, “It’s a very complex character which is totally opposite to me. He is very matured and going through a lot in his life during the show. He is struggling very hard with his emotions and there is a lot of layering in the character.”
The actor is ready for the big screen with some intriguing intentions. He will appear in Anurag Basu’s next romantic drama, Metro..in Dino which features Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupam Kher, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and others. The film delves into the stories of bittersweet relationships set against a contemporary backdrop, examining the many angles, tints, and feelings of love.
