Paras Kalnawat and Sayli Salunkhe’s collaboration for a music video made headlines last month. The duo were seen in the romantic track titled Raataan Kaali, capturing the hearts of the audience with their on-screen chemistry. As fans are still embracing the refreshing dynamic brought by the actors in the song, Sayli sat down for a media interaction, sharing her experience of working with co-star Paras.
“I knew Paras and he is a nice guy and we will look good together and I am excited for the song and the reviews are also coming good and the fans are excited to watch us as a pair,” said Sayli Salunkhe, while speaking with Telly Chakkar.
In the same interview, Sayli Salunkhe also opened up about her experience shooting for a music video. She added, “It was a good experience and a short story being told and through that you have to feel and emote your emotions and express it and it was lovely.”
Speaking of the song Raataan Kaali, it is produced by Monikka Singh and directed by the talented duo Pratap and Harish. With the soulful voices of Sumedha Karmahe and Sultan Sulemani coming together to croon the song, it was bound to capture the essence of eternal love beautifully. Additionally, the lyrics of the song were written by Dipessh Kashyap whereas Sultan Sulemani came on board to contribute with his composition skills.
Following her impressive role in Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, Sayli Salunkhe is currently seen in Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak as lawyer Vedika. She is joined by Abhishek Nigam who plays the male lead in the show. Produced by Prateek Sharma’s LSD Films, the show airs on Sony TV.
For those unversed, Sayli Salunkhe made her Hindi TV debut with Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali as Keerti Rao. Before the same, she was seen in regional language shows. In her debut Hindi show, she played a supportive role and went on to essay the character of the lead actor’s sister in another show Spy Bahu. During her stint on Spy Bahu, she was offered a lead role in Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai opposite Karan V Grover. Next, she got an opportunity to work in Rajan Shahi’s Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, based on the Bengali show Irabotir Chupkotha.
