Jasmin Bhasin recounted her frustrating experience of spending 10 hours on the flight.

Actress Jasmin Bhasin, renowned for her television roles and appearance on Bigg Boss 14, faced a holiday mishap during her Mumbai to Jammu flight, turning her journey into a harrowing experience. Currently on a break, she took to her Instagram story to vent her frustration and slammed the airline responsible for the ‘worst flight experience.’ Sharing a selfie from the airport on her social media handle, Jasmin recounted her frustrating experience of spending over 10 hours on the flight, only to return to Mumbai without reaching her destination. Although she applauded the cabin crew’s assistance, she held the senior management and administration responsible for the stressful situation.

Elaborating about the incident, Jasmin wrote, “Just had the worst flight of my life, was in an aircraft for more than 10 hours, boarded from Mumbai and landed in Mumbai, so I didn’t reach anywhere. Cabin crew was helpful and did their best but horrible and the most disastrous senior management and administration indigo.”

In the following story, Jasmin Bhasin added, “The way your manager at Mumbai airport is speaking with people, it’s shameful Indigo. That too he came after so many calls were made to him by your assisting staff as they did not know how to deal with passengers.”

Prior to sharing the two stories, in the initial post, the former Bigg Boss contestant wrote, “Instead of Jammu, landed in Delhi.” The actress also shared a picture of herself visibly frustrated from inside the flight.

Recently, another actor, Jay Bhanushali, had expressed his disappointment with Akasa Air. He criticised the airline due to delays and mismanagement. On December 26, Jay in an X post revealed that his flight from Goa to Mumbai faced a three hour delay, with no communication or updates provided by the airline. Highlighting the inconvenience, he shared that the flight was scheduled for 1 pm but got delayed until 4 pm without prior notification. Expressing his disappointment, Jay mentioned that this experience led him to decide that Akasa Air had lost him as a customer.

Reportedly, multiple flights from Goa were delayed due to weather related issues and later, talking about his experience, Jay told Times Now, “The new airport has the capacity to handle more travellers, but now it is jam packed due to constant delays in flights. Akasa Air’s head got in touch with me and explained the whole thing.”

While Jay Bhanushali reportedly received updates from higher management regarding his flight delay, there’s no confirmation regarding whether Jasmin Bhasin reached her destination or not after the distressing experience during her flight journey.
