OnePlus 12 India Launch Event: What Can We Expect?

The OnePlus 12 is expected to be a powerful upgrade thanks to the new AI chip on board. OnePlus will continue its evolution in cameras with the help of Hasselblad and the brand is expected to bring the same sensors that we first saw on the OnePlus Open foldable.

The OnePlus 12 gets an AMOLED QHD+ (1,440 x 3,168) display that offers a peak brightness of 2600 nits– making it brighter than some recent flagships, including the iPhone 15 Pro (2000 nits) and the Pixel 8 Pro (2400 nits). The device will also ship with a large 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging.

OnePlus 12 is likely to be accompanied by the OnePlus 12R and the new OnePlus Buds 3 earbuds at the launch event. The phone is expected to be equipped with the previous year’s flagship SoC, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It should have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM as standard, and feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED panel.

The OnePlus Buds 3 could bring Pro-like features at a lower price tag, which should offer adaptive noise cancellation and probably a few more nifty tools.
