New Delhi: Google has expanded the music storage limit on Google Play Music. Users can now store 50,000 songs for free and stream or download them to their phone, tablet, computer or Chromecast. Google would earlier let users store up to 20,000 songs for free.

To store music online, users need to go to visit play.google.com/music and sign in with their Google account if needed.

The service, however, is available only in select countries.

The set up process will guide users through adding the Chrome app, which the company says provides seamless uploading. Users can choose to simply upload their entire iTunes library or select other music folders.

Users can then stream or download music to their Android, iPhone or iPad for offline listening.

It's also all available on the Web when you're on your computer.
