New Delhi: Asus has launched its new line of ultrabooks positioned to boost business mobility and offer high productivity.
The AsusPro Advanced Ultrabook series includes two models: the AsusPro Advanced BU201 and BU401 ultabook.
Both the ultrabooks feature 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5-4210U Processor and 4GB onboard memory. Other common features include 8 GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics 4400, illuminated chiclet keyboard with backlit keys, HD web camera, fingerprint scanner, 3x USB 3.0, and others.
The BU201 model sports a 12.5-inch display and is ultra light at 1.27kg. The 180-degree hinge opens flat to provide a 360-degree view. It features a 2-cell Li-ion prismatic battery pack, claimed to offer 32 work hours. It runs on Windows 8.1 Professional OS (64bit) and a 1.1A display port. It has been priced at Rs 85,999.
The BU401 sports a 14-inch display. It weighs slightly more at 1.64kg and with a 20mm profile, it is also shock, drop and accident resistant. It offers 1.4HDMI support and features a 4-cell Li-ion polymer battery pack, claimed to offer 50 work hours. It comes for a price of Rs 89,499.
