Minutes after BJP National President Amit Shah on Saturday released the manifesto promising a bunch of schemes including the construction of Ram Temple at a function in Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow, Mayawati said that the BJP hasn’t been able to fulfill its promises made in the 2014 elections.
