As he began the presentation of his maiden budget, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said it was "country's first Swaraj budget".

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Thursday presented Aam Aadmi Party government's first Delhi budget on Thursday. Ahead of the budget, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that he expected Sisodia to live up to "Aam Aadmi's expectation".
