New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on plea seeking cancellation of his candidature from contesting Delhi polls.
The notice has been issued on the plea of Congress leader Kiran Walia which says that Kejriwal cannot contest from New Delhi as he is a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
The court has also issued notices to ECI, CEO and five others against inclusion of Kejriwal's name in the list of candidates for the assembly polls.
Walia is contesting against Kejriwal from prestigious New Delhi constituency for February 7 Assembly polls.
