8. Boath is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Telangana and is part of Adilabad Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Boath falls in Adilabad district and North Telangana region of Telangana. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,69,245 voters in the seat, which includes 84,398 male voters, and 84,832 female voters. In the 2018 Telangana elections, Boath recorded a voter turnout of 85.23%. In 2014 the turnout was 78.6%.
In 2014, Rathod Bapurao of TRS won the seat by a margin of 26,993 (19.49%). Rathod Bapurao secured 45.39% of the total votes polled.
