Students in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated institutions preparing for the Board Exams in 2024 must note that the last date to register and submit date for Classes 9 and 11 without late fees is today, November 10. This registration is compulsory for Class 9 and 11 students to be eligible for the upcoming examinations. To complete the registration process, students should promptly use the Pariksha Sangam link on the official CBSE Board website, cbse.gov.in and submit their applications. Failure to register and submit all data on time means students won’t be allowed to sit for the exams in the next session.
Applicants may register online for CBSE classes 9 and 11 exams between November 11 and November 18, with the option to pay a late fee. The registration fee for Indian students is Rs 300, with a late fee of Rs 2300. NRI students, on the other hand, pay Rs 500 for class 9 and Rs 600 for class 11, with late fees increasing to Rs 2500 and Rs 2600, respectively, after November 10.

Anticipation builds among students for the CBSE Board Exams 2024 as they await the release of the date sheet, expected to tentatively occur in February. While reports suggest a post-Diwali announcement on cbse.gov.in, neither authorities nor exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj have confirmed the final timetable release dates. Students are hopeful to access the CBSE date sheet for classes 10 and 12 by November 17. Simultaneously, preparations for the practicals and the annual theoretical exams for both classes are underway, with exams set to kick off on January 1. Practical tests for schools closed during the winter season are scheduled to begin on November 14.
In addition to the exam schedule, details about the CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2024 have been outlined, encompassing subjects like Hindi, English, Science, Social Science, and Mathematics. The examination format includes 50 per cent case-based questions, 20 per cent response-type questions, 20 per cent MCQs, and 30 per cent constructed response questions, comprising both short and lengthy formats. Students eagerly await official confirmation and the subsequent release of the date sheet for their exam preparations.
