AILET 2024 Registration Underway: How to Apply, Documents Required

The online registration window for the All-India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2024 will soon be closed by the National Law University (NLU), Delhi. Candidates willing to apply can go to the official website of NLU at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in and fill out the AILET application form 2024. It is important to note by the students that the last date to apply for the AILE test is November 13. However, as per the dates announced by National Law University, Delhi, the AILET 2024 exam will be conducted on December 10, 2023, in offline mode.

Please note that the All-India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national-level law entrance exam held by NLU, Delhi, for candidates seeking admission to its undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and PhD programmes.

AILET 2024: Important Dates

AILET 2024: How To Apply

Candidates applying for the AILET exam can go through the below-mentioned steps to know how to fill up the AILET application form on the official website of NLU Delhi.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NLU Delhi at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

Step 2: Click on the AILET new registration link available on the homepage

Step 3: Then, a new page will be displayed on the screen

Step 4: Key in your mobile number and email address and register yourself

Step 5: Now, fill up the application form as directed and pay the prescribed application fees

Step 6: Upload the required documents in mentioned said size and format

Step 7: Go through the AILET form and hit submit

Step 8: Take a print out of the same for future references

AILET 2024: Documents required

To apply for the All-India Law Entrance Test, candidates must keep the below-mentioned documents with themselves while filling out their AILET application form.

–– Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate

–– Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate (if available)

–– Graduation mark sheet and passing certificate (For LLM- if available)

–– Passport-size photograph of the candidate with a white background

–– Candidate’s scanned signature

–– If a candidate belongs to the BPL category, then a BPL certificate is required

–– Foreign Nationals (FN) will require a Passport

–– Email ID and valid mobile number

–– Character certificate

–– Transfer certificate, if applicable

–– Category certificate (for OBC, SC, ST, J&K category students)

AILET 2024: Application Fees

General category candidates applying for the All-India Law Entrance Test (AILET) are required to pay an application fee of Rs 3,500 at the time of registration. While Persons with Disabilities, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,500. However, Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of the SC/ST category are exempted from paying the application fee.
