The finale episode of Koffee With Karan Season 7 was graced by popular influencers including Kusha Kapila, Tanmay Bhat, Danish Sait, and Niharika NM. The internet sensation acted as the jury to pick out their favourites for different categories of the Koffee awards. Just hours after the episode’s premiere, the filmmaker took to social media to give fans a glimpse of the amount of fun he had with the internet personalities. For the starter, the Bollywood director hosted a pout masterclass for the jury, wherein he gave his personal tips on how to nail a perfect pout for the camera.
The behind-the-scene clip began with Karan introducing the Koffee jury and his followers to ‘the pout masterclass featuring Karan Johar’. According to the director, the first step to acquiring a perfect pout is by closing your eyes. Which is followed by pointing your lips out and pouting. But the expert chapter doesn’t end there, Karan Johar deems titling head while pouting and feeling fab a crucial step of the process. While sharing the BTS clip, Karan Johar wrote, “Just a quick masterclass with the most masterful kids in town – so that there’s never a bad selfie again."

About the Koffee Awards, there were five categories – the first one was Best Moment, won by Sonam Kapoor. She was given the accolade for her candidness and hilariously naming Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra as Shiva No.1. Arjun Kapoor also received appreciation for his witty responses over sister Sonam’s mistake. The best rapid fire award was given to actor Ranveer Singh for his quick and top-notch answers.
Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh who inaugurated season 7 of Koffee With Karan got the Best Episode award by the jury. Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Arjun Kapoor received the Best Female and Male award. During the course of the episode, Karan Johar called the respective winners to inform them about their victories. Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, and Sonam Kapoor ended up picking up the director’s call and thanked the jury. While Ranveer Singh and Samantha Ruth Prabhu could not be reached.
While concluding the season, Karan Johar confirmed that Koffee With Karan will make a comeback with its 8th season next year.
