Chiranjeevi’s GodFather has been making headlines for all the right reasons. The makers recently released the song Thaar Maar which has received a lot of positive feedback from fans. The film, which stars Bollywood actor Salman Khan in an extended cameo, has now been given a U/A rating by the censor board.
The makers recently took to their social media handles to share the news with the audience. In the poster, Chiranjeevi is seen walking on a chessboard. One can also see a group of men walking in the background. As seen in the posts seems like Chiranjeevi is a mass leader. The poster also mentions the words “Censored U/A".

The first single of GodFather, titled Thaar Maar, was released recently, and it has already garnered over 11 million views on YouTube. The mass dance number, in which Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan light up the dance floor with their style and classy moves, is still trending on YouTube. S Thaman composed the song, which celebrates Salman Khan and Chiranjeevi’s stardom, and Prabhu Deva choreographed it. The foot-tapping number is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and written by Anantha Sriram. As soon as the first song from the film was released, fans went all out to react in the comments section. Some of the users lauded the duo’s appearance, while most couldn’t stop going gaga over the song.
Mohan Raja’s directorial venture Godfather is being bankrolled jointly under Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. Featuring Chiranjeevi in the lead role, the film will also star Salman Khan and Nayanthara in pivotal roles. The film, which releases on October 5, is a remake of the Malayalam hit Lucifer, starring Mohanlal.
