It's raining weddings in the entertainment world! After Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas, television actor Parul Chauhan, who catapulted to fame after playing Ragini in hit show Bidaai, tied the knot with fiance Chirag Thakkar in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony on Wednesday morning.
The duo got hitched in the presence of their close friends and family members in Mumbai. Parul, who currently appears on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, made a gorgeous bride in a red banarasi sari teamed with a maroon dupatta. She kept her makeup minimal and completed her look with gold jewellery. While Chirag looked perfect in an ivory sherwani and a maroon velvet shawl.

Parul had a blast with her girl squad on Tuesday night as she hosted a colourful mehendi ceremony which saw her several friends from the showbiz industry in attendance. Parul had earlier confirmed her wedding plans to Bombay Times sharing that her family and relatives had been waiting for her to get married. She had also revealed that after their court marriage in Mumbai, the newlyweds would host a small function in Parul's hometown Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, following which the couple would also throw a small bash in Mumbai for their close friends and family members.
