Watch: Birthday Boy Allu Arjun Greets Fans Outside His Residence In Pushpa Style

It is Allu Arjun’s birthday and fans can’t keep calm. As the clock struck midnight on April 8, hundreds of devoted fans flocked to his residence in Hyderabad to convey their wishes to the superstar. Allu Arjun, who turned 42, stepped out of his home to acknowledge the outpouring of love and support. He waved and thanked the enthusiastic crowd. This heartwarming moment, captured on a video, has now surfaced on social media.

In the 59-second video, Allu Arjun, clad in a floral shirt and joggers, can be seen stepping out of his residence as his fans cheer for him. He greeted them with folded hands as they chanted Pushpa several times. Coinciding with his birthday, the makers of Pushpa 2 are set to unveil the film’s teaser today. The makers have been teasing fans by releasing posters featuring the film’s cast over the past few days to raise excitement.

In Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun will return to reprise his role. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel to the blockbuster film is set to hit theatres on August 15. According to reports, the movie is in its final stages of filming and is expected to be completed in the upcoming weeks.

Just a day before his birthday, the makers revealed a fresh poster from the film. The poster showcased Allu Arjun aka Pushpa Raj holding an axe in his hand. The caption read, “He has risen above all the odds. And now, he is coming to RULE.”

Allu Arjun was honoured with the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in the first part of the film. He received the prestigious award from President Draupadi Murmu during the 69th National Film Festival.

The sequel will also see the return of Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil to the cast. Rashmika recently shared with fans that Pushpa 2 would be “bigger” than ever. “I can promise you that Pushpa 2 is going to be so much bigger. We gave some madness in the first film, in part 2, we know we have a responsibility because people have so much expectation from the film. We are constantly and consciously trying to deliver that,” she told Pinkvilla.

Pushpa 2 might also include a cameo appearance by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Additionally, Sanjay Dutt will make a special appearance in the movie this time.
