After a long stint sporting an unruly mane and bushy beard for his role in the upcoming movie ‘Chhava,’ actor Vicky Kaushal has embraced a new look. Taking to Instagram, Vicky unveiled his fresh haircut, revealing a handsomely trimmed hairstyle that perfectly complemented his features.
Donning a stylish pair of sunglasses, Vicky struck a confident pose in the photograph, elegantly showcasing his revamped appearance. To give credit where it’s due, he made sure to tag the renowned celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim in the caption, acknowledging the masterful transformation.
Amidst a buzz of excitement, the actor found himself surrounded by eager fans outside the salon on June 2, following his debut with a fresh haircut. Adding to the intrigue, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif were spotted exploring London together not long ago. Memorable moments caught on camera showcased the duo strolling hand in hand through the iconic streets of Baker Street. Celebrating his 36th birthday in the vibrant city, Vicky was showered with love as Katrina shared a glimpse of their intimate dinner. Social media was set abuzz with snapshots capturing Vicky graciously posing for selfies with delighted fans outside the restaurant, further accentuating the couple’s enchanting escapade in London.
On the work front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in Sam Bahadur. It was reported that he was shooting for his next project, the eagerly anticipated film – Chhava. It is reported to be a period drama, where Kaushal will share the screen with Rashmika Mandanna. According to sources, Kaushal is set to portray the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha Empire’s founder, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film is expected to delve into Sambhaji Maharaj’s bravery, sacrifice, and wartime strategies while incorporating an emotional love story between him and his wife. And now, first look of Vicky from the film is out and going viral on social media.
In the leaked photos, accessed by Zoom, Vicky is seen in a beige. sleeveless kurta and dhoti. The look is completed with neckpieces of rudraksh and a red belt. Vicky sports long hair with a part of it secured with rudraksh beads in a bun, much likes saints and sages. Vicky’s forehead is smeared with three horizontal lines of vibhuti, a sacred white ash.
Chhava is directed by filmmaker Laxman Utekar, known for movies like Kriti Sanon starrer Mimi (2021), Luka Chuppi (2019) and more. Utekar and Vicky Kaushal will work together once again after their previous venture, the comedy romance Zara Hatke Zara Bachke (2023).
