Sudheer Babu starrer movie Harom Hara hit theaters on June 14. As per reports, the film received mixed-to-negative reviews from both the audience and critics. Now, the makers are all set to make their OTT debut.
According to sources, the film is going to stream on the OTT platform Amazon Prime on July 12. Another twist here is that this movie will run in theatres as well.
Mahesh Babu launched the trailer for the film earlier. The actor shared the link to the trailer on his Instagram Story, along with the poster for the film. Earlier, the Harom Hara trailer launch event was held at AAA Cinemas on screen 4.
As a part of the promotion of Harom Hara, the makers decided to hold a contest. The winners were awarded with some valuable gifts that people can’t even think of. Those who wished to participate simply had to give a missed call to the toll-free number 08045936069. The numbers were registered for the contest. The winners of this contest were selected through a lottery using their registered phone numbers. Prizes included an iPhone 15 Pro, the modified Jeep that is used in the movie, and the Chetak scooter that was used during the shooting.
Harom Hara is directed by Gnanasagar Dwaraka. Alongside Sudheer Babu, the film also features popular faces like Sunil, Malvika Sharma, Keshav Deepak, V Jayaprakash, Arjun Gowda, Ravi Kale and Lakki Lakshman. It is produced by Sumanth G Naidu, while the music is composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj.
Sudheer Babu works primarily in Telugu films. Babu debuted as a lead actor in Shiva Manasulo Shruti (2012). Babu’s successful films include Prema Katha Chitram (2013), Baaghi (2016), and Sammohanam (2018).
He was earlier seen in the Telugu action film Mama Mascheendra, directed by Harsha Vardhan. The film stars Sudheer Babu in a dual role as Durga/DJ and Parasuram, alongside Mirnalini Ravi, Eesha Rebba and Harsha Vardhan. The film’s music was composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj, while PG Vinda performed the cinematography, with editing by Marthand K Venkatesh.
