Rakul Preet Singh is making heads turn and how! Known for her style and fashion sense, the actress has a notable presence on social media, and is often seen experimenting with her sartorial choices. Having said that, she recently glammed up in a shimmery black saree for the audio launch of Indian 2.
Rakul looked drop-dead gorgeous in a black saree, which he teamed with an embroidered blouse. The blouse had a plunging neckline, which accentuated her look. She kept her wavy locks loose and her make-up minimal. She surely found the right balance between elegance and charm and was a complete vision to behold.

The actress, who plays a pivotal role in the Kamal Haasan film, was seen seated with her co-stars when Anirudh performed. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Rakul shared a video of Anirudh on stage and fanned over him.
In the video, Anirudh was singing one of the songs from the Tamil film along with his team. The singer was seen wearing an all-black outfit for the show. Sharing the video, Rakul wrote, “Killing it as usual.” Watch the video below:

Indian 2 was announced in 2019 but had faced many production problems along the way. A tragic accident on the sets which claimed the lives of two crew members had put production on halt and after that, the COVID-19 pandemic further delayed the project.
After the pandemic, Kamal Haasan and S Shankar got busy with other projects and the film was considered shelved until the former confirmed that Indian 2 was happening during a promotional event for Vikram. The team is planning to release this film during the summer holidays of next year.
Indian 2 also stars Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalidas Jayaram, Samudra Gani, Bobby Simha, George Marion and others. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for the film. Indian 2 is being produced by Red Giant Movies in association with Lyca Productions. The 1996 film Indian narrated the tale of a freedom fighter turned vigilante who kills corrupt bureaucrats and government officials to weed out corruption from society.
