Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Priyanka Chopra were seen in London, attending a special premiere of Citadel Honey Bunny. In photos surfaced online, Priyanka and Samantha were seen posing for the cameras at the special gathering. They were joined by Matilda De Angelis, who is leading Citadel Diana, the Italian spin-off of the series.
In photos shared online, Samantha was seen rocking a black gown with a pair of sheer pants while Priyanka stunned in an orange gown. Meanwhile, Matilda was seen wearing a golden outfit. While the actresses looked gorgeous in their outfits, they were also seen sharing heartwarming moments during the premiere. Samantha and Priyanka were all laughs in one of the photos as well. Priyanka and Samantha reunited months after the Yashoda star flew to London to attend the premiere of Citadel. At the time, Samantha was joined by Varun Dhawan and the makers of Citadel: Honey Bunny, Raj & DK.
Citadel: Honey Bunny is the Indian spin-off of Citadel. The teaser was released last month. Priyanka had turned cheerleader for Varun and Samantha at the time. She shared the teaser and wrote, “Raj and DK in full form. Varun Dhawan and Samantha are incredible. When you watch this series, look for the connection to Nadia…Breadcrumbs all over Citadel. You just have to find them.”
Speaking of being a part of the series, Samantha said, “I never would have imagined that I would do action. But today, for me, being at this event is already such a victory for me, because the last moment I didn’t really think I could do it. I didn’t think I would be a part of citadel. I’m extremely grateful to Raj, DK, Sita and Amazon for really coming to my rescue. I just had to prep physically. I am just so incredibly proud already that this is the way it is, this is the way it looks. I can’t believe – this is how it looks.” Karan Johar then said, “Both you and Varun have literally owned it.”
Meanwhile, Priyanka is already shooting for the second season of Citadel.
