Kannada cinema star Rishab Shetty is currently busy with the preparation of his highly anticipated, Kantara: Chapter 1. The actor was recently invited to the trailer launch event of LoveLi, an upcoming Vasishta Simha starrer.
Rishab Shetty was the guest of honour at the trailer launch event of LoveLi. The actor seemed to be happy with the trailer, so shelling praises for the clip, he stated, “Watched the trailer of LoveLi. I liked it very much." He further spoke on the performance of Vasishta Simha, saying, “Vasishta Simha will be an asset to the film industry."
More reports say that Rishab Shetty was invited to the event by actress Hariprriya, Vasishta Simha’s wife. The actress took to her official Instagram handle to extend her thanks to the actor, sharing an exclusive image from the event. It shows the film’s leads, Hariprriya and Rishab Shetty coming together for the photo. The caption under the post reads, “Thank you so much GURU for launching the trailer for us, means a lot…this shows how much you value friendship and good cinemas."
The trailer of LoveLi was released on June 2, on the official YouTube channel of Abhuvanasa Creations. The action-packed, 2-minute 33-second clip promises a violent yet love-filled ride to the audience. Vasishta Simha appears as a man filled with vengeance, who will do anything to protect his loved ones. It promises a lot of romance, where the protagonists share warm moments. However, the clip ends on an extremely violent note, as Vasishta Simha’s character burns everything to the ground.
Fans reacted to the trailer in the comments section with excitement. A user wrote, “Vasishta Simha’s intense performance is the highlight of the trailer." And a second fan shared, “The trailer has left me with so many questions."
Directed by Chethan Keshav, the film is set to release on June 14. It stars Vasishta Simha and Stefy Patel as the leads and it is produced by Ravindra Kumar.
