Shaad Ali's Ok Jaanu has been garnering all positive reviews for its trailer. Now the makers have released the film's first song, which incidentally a re-hashed version of Rahman's famous song from Mani Ratnam's Bombay. The Humma Song has been recreated by Tanishk Baagchi with additional rap by Baadshah. Featuring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, the song attempts to give a contemporary, sensual twist to original '90s classic. But while Aditya and Shraddha's sensual chemistry is the hard to miss in the song, one can't help but compare it to original which was far more exuberant with Remo Fernandez doing the playback. The original one was more catchy and had the ability to connect with the listener instantly.
Which one do you prefer? The new version or the original version.
