Granddaughter of veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, Navya Nanda took to Instagram on Wednesday to wish her parents a happy birthday. Both Shweta Bachchan and her husband Nikhil Nanda share the same birthday on March 17.
The 24-year-old entrepreneur shared a picture perfect family portrait that features her younger brother Agstya Nanda, father, and mother. The family was seen enjoying their get-together at a restaurant as the table in front of them had a cake with white icing and yellow macaroons. Navya captioned the image with her warm birthday wishes for her mother and father and further wrote, “nothing better than you.”
Navya’s post has been liked by over 37,876 followers since it was shared earlier today. The post has received some love-filled comments from Navya’s friends and followers. Fashion Director for Vogue India magazine Anaita Shroff Adajania wrote in the comments section, “Happy Birthday”. While actress Neetu Singh commented with red heart emoji.
Navya also shared a throwback picture from her childhood featuring her mother Shweta in her Instagram Story on Wednesday. In the picture Shweta is wearing a blue suit while Navya is wearing a frock and enjoying a party. Captioning the picture Navya wrote, “happy birthday mom”.
Meanwhile, Big B also took to Instagram to express his birthday wishes for his daughter. The 78-year-old actor shared a picture from Shweta’s childhood where she is seen next to her young father. In the picture little Shweta is seen wearing a traditional dress with dupatta over her head and a bindi on her forehead. The collage of photos also included a more recent picture where the father and daughter duo are posing for the camera in a monochrome frame. Captioning the picture Amitabh wrote “Daughters are the best..”
