A new movie is released in the Kannada film industry every now and then, mostly with a complete newcomer. One such new film, Hejjaru, is getting ready for release. The second track from this film, Ivanyaro, starring Bhagat Alva and Leonilla Shwetha D’Souza, has been released. Crafted by Harshapriya, the song tells a story of teenage love. Poorchandra Tejaswi has composed the music for this film, while Shweta Prabhu has sung the track. The film is directed by Harshapriya, who also penned this song. Harshapriya is basically a lyricist too. He has also written the title song for some leading serials. He also composed a song for the Dheemaku film, starring Naveen Krishna. Harshapriya had learned about the plot and characters of the Hejjaru movie from that introduction and was quite impressed. Naveen Krishna also portrayed the antagonist in this movie as well.
The song Ivanyaro shows how love blossomed between the lead characters.
Hejjaru, starring Bhagat Alva and Leonilla Shwetha D’Souza, is set to release this year. Bhagat Alva is making his big-screen debut as an actor in this film. The cast also includes Gopal Deshpande, Naveen Krishna, Muniraj, and Arun Balraj. The cinematography and music are done by Amar L and Poonachandra Tejaswi. Mohan directed the dance scenes in the movie, while Narasimha choreographed the action scenes. The writer of the dialogue is Karthik Bhatt.
Hejjaru is claimed to be the first-ever parallel cinema in Kannada. The film revolves around the lives of two individuals in two different timelines. One of the characters is Rajaram, who suffers a loss and sets out on a lone mission to identify those who are responsible. The other one is Bhagat, who by following Rajaram, thinks he will find the person he is looking for.
Leonilla D’Souza entered the film industry with the Hindi film Y and the Kannada film Kasagi Puttagalu and gained recognition for her roles.
