Earlier there had been a couple of reports doing the rounds of the internet that Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt's friendship has hit a rough patch. There were rumours that Katrina was apparently miffed with Alia over her growing closeness with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Brahmastra.
In an interview to a leading magazine last week, Ranbir finally broke his silence on dating Alia. He said, "It's really new right now, and I don't want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is what's the right word? flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I'm aspiring to for myself. It's new for us, so let it cook a bit."
And looks like his statement has sent his ex Katrina into a tizzy. On Saturday, the actress posted a cryptic message on her Instagram story and it left her followers extremely curious.
“I will believe it when I see it or I will see it when I believe it," read a post on Katrina's story.

Although Ranbir and Katrina never really admitted to have been in a relationship, the two had many a time made it evident in their interviews. They had first rumoured to be dating while filming Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani in 2009.
