Actress Daisy Shah, who has worked in films like Hate Story 3, Jai Ho and Bloody Isshq feels she's still trying to find her space. "I'm still trying to find my space and that is the reason I've been doing different kinds of films".
In an exclusive interaction with News18.com, the actress pointed out how her personal self is evolving with the kind of roles she picks. "When a person is trying to explore new characters - a person is growing as an actor too. It's a win-win situation on both sides".
"My career has just started and I want to see where it goes now. I believe in the present, don't worry about my past and future is something that I don't want to plan so ya - I'm living in the moment," she said.
The actress will join the likes of Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu and Prabhu Deva for Salman Khan's 'DA BANG - The Tour'. When asked about it, an elated Daisy told us, "Salman has not done a tour in the last 10 years so he's starting with Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong - this is a small tour not a big one - but definitely it's a start to something better - I'm really looking forward to it."
"And I'm sure that people are looking forward to see Salman perform. It's going to be fun", she added.
The actress is currently filming for Govind Sakariya’s Ramratan alongside Rishi Bhutani. She revealed she’s stepped into the shoes of a straight-forward wife for this film. “I'm playing a wife who’s very straight forward. Being a wife - she's still a friend to him. It's basically a girl trying to teach her husband to stay loyal or else he’s going to get screwed.”
She walked the ramp for designer Amit GT at the recently concluded Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2017 and stunned in an ivory gown. Considering she started her career as a model, the actress said it’s a full circle now. “What goes around, comes around. As a person, Daisy is still Daisy - whether she's getting the fame and got a good amount of Twitter or Instagram followers. But then the person really doesn't change - the nature I've been born and brought up with, that's not going to change. Today whenever I look at myself I don't look at myself as a celebrity or a star- I'm still a very normal person.”
