Ghatikachalam Teaser Reveals Intense Story Of Mental Health Struggles Among Teenagers

The makers of Ghatikachalam unveiled the film’s teaser on Monday at an event. The film is headlined by Nikhil Devadula, known for starring in Baahubali: The Beginning. He will be portraying the role of a psychologically disturbed man. Reportedly, the film will deal with the horrors of mental health in teenagers. It will also star Samyu Reddy and Prabhakar in important roles. As the film is gearing up for its worldwide release, the makers hosted an event for a teaser launch.

Ghatikaachalam is bankrolled by M.C. Raju under the Oasis Entertainment banner. The psychological drama is helmed by director Amar Kamepalli. Meanwhile, renowned producer SKN and ace director Maruthi will be backing the distribution of the film. During the event, the scriptwriter expressed his gratitude for all the support. He shared, “With a strong story, I believe the film will resonate with audiences.”

At the same event, actor Rangadam talked about the depth of his character and thanked Maruthi and SKN for being ready to take on such an important project. Meanwhile, renowned director Mallikarjun praised the film’s content. He shared that his friend Amar impressed him with the story. He found it to be well-executed. He was also delighted by the involvement of Maruthi and SKN.

Actress Arvika will also be seen in the film. While she is not very fluent in Telugu, she is confident that Ghatikachalam will enthral the audience. ETV Prabhakar, who will portray a fatherly role in the film expressed that it was one of the best characters he has ever portrayed. He loved the emotional equation between the father and son and also hinted that the film is based on real events. The director, Amar Kamepalli revealed that the concept was based on real-life incidents which were shared by his friend. Finally, Nikhil Devadula shared that he was very impressed with the intensity of the story narration which revolves around a teenager and his father.
