Dharmendra has injured his back and leg during a recent family wedding, a new report has claimed. Dharmendra was in Udaipur attending his granddaughter’s wedding. While Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Dharmendra had shared videos and photos from the celebrations, the veteran actor left fans worried after he shared a photo enjoying a late-night snack. The now-deleted photo also featured a glimpse of his injured leg that caused concern among his fans.
It has now been revealed that Dharmendra has indeed injured himself but assured fans that he is recovering well. “He has been under the weather for the past two weeks, and that was visible on his face in the picture,” a source told Hindustan Times. “He went to a family wedding with his family including, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, recently in Udaipur. That’s where he got injured, and his health took a toll. He hurt his back and leg while dancing. And his health also suffered because of exertion and old age,” the insider added.
“He was exhausted because of the exertion, and it got bad because of his injury. However, he is doing fine now, and is on the road to recovery. In fact, he is taking it slow now, and focusing on his health completely,” the source said.
Last month, Dharmendra posted a video from the wedding in which he was seen breaking into a small dance. In the video, Dharmendra was seen wearing a brown outfit with a hat and held a drink in his hand. He got up from his seat to dance to a folk song about mehendi as the guest recorded him. Sharing the video, Dharmendra wrote, “On the loving occasion of marriage of my darling Grand daughter …….”

On the work front, Dharmendra was last seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. He will be seen in Sriram Raghavan’s Ekkis.
