When Aman Verma entered the ‘Bigg Boss’ house nearly a month ago, many fans felt he had a strong chance of winning the show courtesy his popularity amongst the TV audience. However, destiny clearly had other plans. The actor-TV host was eliminated from the show a few days ago much to the shock of the other participants. In this interview, Aman speaks exclusively to IBNLive about his rapport with partner Kishwer and his experience in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. Furthermore, the ‘Baghban’ star also makes a few caustic remarks about some of the other housemates.
What was your first reaction when you came to know about your eviction?
I was relieved as well as disappointed. Eviction from the ‘Bigg Boss’ house meant that I could return to normal life and be with my friends again. Moreover, it also allowed me to focus to my career again. However, at same time, I was a bit sad about being evicted. I had played a fair game and hence could have survived a bit longer. In fact, I could even have made it to the final three.
How was Kishwer as a partner? Were you happy about her behavior towards you?
I have known Kishwer for a long time. We began our careers together. As such, I was expecting her to be frank with me. She could have told me directly about her reservations and problems. But she never did that. On the contrary, Kishwer complained about me to her boyfriend.
What was your most memorable moment in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house?
The most memorable moment for me came when I received a special gift on the occasion of Diwali. Seeing photos of my family made me feel extremely happy and I even became emotional. That gift holds special importance in my life. I will cherish that memory for quite sometime.
Who is playing the dirtiest game at present?
As things stand at present, there are three people who are playing an extremely dirty game. And they are Suyyash, Prince and of course Kishwer. Out of these three, Kishwer takes the cake for being the dirtiest player in the house. Suyyash and Prince are just following her blindly.
Who, according to you, is the favourite to win the show?
Initially, Rochelle was in Keith’s shadow. However, over the past few weeks she has really come into her own and given a good account of herself. She is certainly a strong candidate. Then there is Mandana as well. But she might face a few problems as she hasn’t been keeping well of late. And lastly Kishwer, despite being a negative influence too is a strong contender.
Did the time spent in the house change you as a person?
Once you’re inside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house you miss simple pleasures such as meeting friends, talking on the phone and going out for a drive. Moreover, one also longs for his family and friends. On top of that one has to share everything right from coffee to the bathrooms. All of this helped me learn the importance of the small joys of life.
