Ankita Lokhande revealed the dog that Sushant Singh Rajput had gifted her has passed away. The Bigg Boss 17 contestant took to her social media accounts and shared the heartbreaking news. She shared a photo of the pet dog and mourned his death. Vicky Jain, Ankita’s husband and Bigg Boss 17 contestant, joined her to mourn the dog’s death.
Taking to Instagram, Ankita shared a solo photo of her dog, named Scotch, and wrote, “Hey buddy mamma will miss you so much Rest in peace scotch .” Vicky took to the comments section and wrote, “Will miss you, Scotch.”
Mouni Roy offered her condolences. “So sorry..” she wrote in the comments. Fans also offered their condolences. “He waited for his mother to take his last breath ,” a fan said, referring to her return from Bigg Boss 17. “I remember this is a dog she got during Pavitra rishta so both Sushant and her emotions were attached to it,” added another fan. ” so sorry. .. he waited for you . . To say his final goodbye . . I know this loss is heartbreaking. . Really sorry to hear this,” a third comment read. “Scotch and Fudge are together up there❤️ watching you guys❤️,” a fourth comment read, referring to Sushant’s dog.
Fans would remember that Sushant gifted the dog to Ankita when they were still dating. Following Sushant’s sudden death in June 2020, videos surfaced online showing the late actor playing with Scotch.
