Anil Kapoor has been grabbing headlines after the announcement of his hosting Bigg Boss OTT 3 was made. He is replacing Salman Khan and this piece of news created a lot of buzz. Well, apart from this he is also in the news for being replaced in two major sequels- No Entry 2 and Welcome 3. The actor seemingly looked upset and has finally reacted to it.
During the press conference of Bigg Boss OTT 3, Anil Kapoor addressed this issue and mentioned that he does not know the reason. “Recently, I was replaced in two places in films. Now, what is the reason I don’t know. But these things happen. We are just doing our jobs with sincerity and honesty. That’s what life is,” he was quoted saying. Anil Kapoor’s character in both the films were appreciated.
It has been reported that Anil Kapoor is upset with his elder brother and producer Boney Kapoor over No Entry sequel casting. Anil is not talking to his brother properly ever since the news about the No Entry 2 casting leaked online. Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor are reported to be the new leads in the sequel of No Entry. “Before I could tell my brother Anil about the No Entry sequel and the cast involved, he got angry as the news was already leaked. It was unfortunate that it was leaked. I know he wanted to be a part of the No Entry sequel, but there was no space. I wanted to explain why I did what I did,” Boney told Zoom in an interview.
Coming to Welcome To Jungle, the cast includes Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh, among many others, in the comic caper. In first and second instalment, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar were also part.
Talking about Bigg Boss OTT 3, the season will start on June 21. The makers have dropped a major hint about the first confirmed contestant.
