Anil Kapoor enjoys a massive fan following across all sections of the audience, with an illustrious career spanning decades. He was gearing up for his much-anticipated film Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani. Now, as per the reports, the actor has walked out of the movie. As per report, Anil Kapoor and producer Sajid Nadiadwala couldn’t agree on the fee that the former had demanded. This caused him to quit the film. Now, due to this development, Nana Patekar’s role is reportedly being altered, as it was expected that his character would work closely with Anil Kapoor’s character. Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar had worked earlier in the Welcome franchise. There is no official comment on these reports from Anil Kapoor or Housefull 5 team yet. Housefull 5 boasts of an ensemble cast starring Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Arjun Rampal and Dharmendra.
Anil Kapoor recently commemorated his 40th wedding anniversary with designer and wife Sunita Kapoor. Their daughter, actress Sonam Kapoor posted two photos on Instagram to wish her parents on their special day. One of the pictures shows them cutting a cake, while another captures her mother Sunita relaxing on a sofa. Sonam’s son Vayu was also clicked playing with a balloon. The caption of the post read, “Happy happy anniversary to my anchors, to the best parents god blessed me with. I love you both so much. By the way the Beatles’ “I Want to Hold Your Hand” is their song! How cute is that?”
Anil Kapoor and Sunita’s love story is an intriguing one. When Anil Kapoor was a debutant in the industry, he would spend his evenings with his friends from the industry. They would talk about their future in movies and pull each other’s legs. On one such evening, one of Anil’s friends gave him Sunita’s number to prank call her. She was a successful model back then. After being persuaded by his friends, Anil Kapoor contacted Sunita and immediately fell in love with her voice. It was much later that they met each other in person at a common friend’s party. In that party, both realised that they had found their perfect soulmates in each other.
