As almonds contain protein, healthy fats and fibre, doctors recommend that eating almonds mixed with flour will not only help the body but enhance brain function, strengthen bones and boost the immune system. Baking roti or chapati by mixing almonds with wheat flour increases the taste and does not raise blood sugar levels.
Almonds are rich in magnesium, which helps regulate blood sugar levels and aids in fibre digestion. It also eliminates weakness and fatigue, making the body fit and strong throughout the day.
To prepare this mixture, almonds should be soaked for a day, dried thoroughly, finely ground, and then added to the flour as needed.
