BeeYoung Crazy Camel
Ingredients
20 ml Sugar syrup
30 ml lime juice
30 ml martini rosso
45 ml white rum
Ice cubes
Beer for top up
Dried Orange Wheel to garnish
Method
In a rock glass, add ice cubes.
Pour sugar syrup, lime juice, martini rosso and white rum. Stir the concoction. Top up with BeeYoung Beer and Garnish with Dried Orange Wheel.
Grapefruit Beer Bellini
Ingredients
4oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2oz simple syrup
2 oz Beeyoung beer
1/2oz Prosecco
1 slice grapefruit for garnish
Method
Add grapefruit juice and simple syrup to champagne flute. Top with beer and prosecco.
If desired garnish drink with a grapefruit slice.
