To deal with this you can try reading a book, a warm bath or a bit of exercise to relax your mind and body.
Lack of Interest In Activities:
An overlooked sign of emotional exhaustion is that a person may lose interest in activities they used to love. For this, you simply have to push yourself a little and try to reconnect with your old ways.
