Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V from BTS, took some time off from his demanding military duties to attend IU’s concert. On September 22, he was spotted at the final show of her HEREH World Tour in Seoul, accompanied by his bandmate J-Hope. Fans were excited to see him there, cheering for IU as she performed their recent collaboration, Love Wins All, a song that features his vocals. His appearance, particularly with his toned physique after military training, pleasantly surprised the crowd. The night before, Taehyung reportedly shared moments from his outing on Instagram, where IU was celebrating her 100th performance at the encore of her 2024 World Tour.

J-Hope, who accompanied him, is nearing the end of his military service and is expected to resume his solo activities soon, along with Jin. Fans are eagerly awaiting the return of all BTS members.

During IU’s performance of Love Wins All, V stood up from his seat to capture the moment, cheering her on. In the song’s official music video, V played Taejun, while IU portrayed the character Jihye.

The collaboration song Love Wins All, which was released in January 2024, thrilled fans even more as they speculated that V might witness the special ‘Happy-ending’ version of the track at the concert.

Before his enlistment, Taehyung released his solo album Layover in September 2023, featuring six songs, including the lead single Slow Dancing. He also collaborated with UI on another track and released the solo single FRI(END)S. During his recent break, V was reportedly also spotted attending the musical Chicago with his friend Park Hyo-Shin.

Meanwhile, IU is also having a busy year. In February 2024, she made a comeback with her sixth mini-album The Winning. She’s also starring in screenwriter Lim Sang-choon’s drama When Life Gives You Tangerines, alongside actor Park Bo-gum, keeping herself equally busy with her music and acting career.
