Vacated seats sold out?

Allegations of malpractice surfaced in filling up seats sponsored by the Central Admission Committee (CENTAC) in certain self-financing medical colleges in the Union territory on Friday. According to a complaint submitted by the president of the Parent Student Association, V Balasubramani, to the Health Secretary, two seats in self-financing medical colleges sponsored by CENTAC that were vacated by students were allegedly sold out by the management to other students.
