Telangana Jagruti to meet on June 26

HYDERABAD: Telangana Jagruti, which is taking active part in the Telangana movement, will announce its future course of action at a meeting of its office-bearers here on June 26. Jagruti president K Kavita told reporters here on Sunday that they would intensify the movement in July and August, and would take part in TJAC programmes all over the region. She appointed P Sandhya Reddy as convener of Telangana Jagruti Mahila Samakhya and A Sridhar as convener of Telangana Jagruti Vidyarthi Samakhya. She said the women’s wing would concentrate on women’s issues, particularly central and state government sponsored welfare and developmental programmes like Pavala Vaddi. The Vidyarthi Samkhya would focus on students’ welfare.
