TANGEDCO Recruitment 2018 to fill 325 Assistant Engineer posts has begun on the official website of Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Corporation Ltd (TANGEDCO) - tangedco.gov.in.

As per the official notification, candidates from Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering and Civil Engineering can apply for the post of Assistant Engineer on or before 28 February 2018.

TANGEDCO Recruitment 2018 - Vacancy Details:

1) Assistant Engineer (Electrical) - 300 posts

a ) Electrical and Electronics Engineering

b) Electronics and Communication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering

c) Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering

2) Assistant Engineer (Civil) - 25 posts

TANGEDCO Recruitment 2018 – Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of an OMR based examination which will be bilingual (Tamil & English) for Civil posts and only in English for Electrical Engineering posts.

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will be placed on a 3-months training period and will be eligible to receive ₹15,200 monthly remuneration. After successful completion of the training, the candidates will be placed in pay band of ₹10,100 – ₹34,800 per month with grade pay of ₹5,100.
