London: The next time you feel like screaming from all the stress work is putting on you, well go right ahead and let it all out.

A new research has found that a good shout can cut stress by up to 25 per cent.

The study, conducted on a volunteer group of 1,000 people, had found that heat waves and travel delays had added to the stress of employees trying to get to work on time.

Fifty per cent of those questioned admitted that traveling to work was a major cause of stress. However, for most employees, working long hours in the office was what was causing them to be increasingly bad tempered, reports The Scotsman.

The researchers found that letting out a loud scream is pretty effective when it come to blowing of a little steam, for it helps to calm people down.

However, though effective, most workers don't go in for the 'scream therapy', for they are too inhibited to do so.
