So there is nothing wrong in leaving for foreign tour after performing my duties,” he added. Regarding his alleged involvement in illegal mining, he said that he will prove his integrity at suitable time. He termed S R Hiremath, who is fighting against illegal mining as an agent of Janata Dal (Secular).“Hiremath has proved his favouritism towards JD(S) by remaining mute over H D Kumaraswamy ’s involvement in the case,’ he added. After reviewing seven villages in Savadatti and Bailhongal taluks of Belgaum district, he said that the team found that no relif works were being undertaken in the affected villages.
